Board measurement systems for edgers
Among our measurement solutions for green mill systems, you will find solutions for both 3D optimization of wood boards, as well as edger optimization, board scanning, measurement of thickness and width.
In our range of measurement systems for boards in the green mill you will find:
- BoardProfiler 3D-T – Transversal process
3D optimization of boards in transversal edger or trimmer installations. The BoardProfiler 3D-T integrates the LIMAB ProfiCura and/or PreciCura, which enables mm scanning or modular scanning of the board. - BoardProfiler – Transversal process
Transversal optimization of boards in trimmer installations. The BoardProfiler integrates the LIMAB PreciCura sensor which enables a modular point scanning of the board.
- BoardProfiler 3D-L – Lineal process
3D edge optimization of boards with one or up to six sawblades with skewing possibility. The BoardProfiler 3D-L integrates the LIMAB ProfiCura 2D or PreciCura which enables mm scanning or point scanning of the board.
- TSorter – Transversal process
Measurement of thickness and width of a board. The TSorter integrates the LIMAB PreciCura sensor which enables point scanning of the board.
- LMS6048 – Transversal process
Measurement of length of a board.
