Michael Spurgin appointed as new Sales Manager at LIMAB North America Inc.

Effective from Oct 1, 2021, Michael Spurgin will be the new Sales Manager for LIMAB North America Inc. He will be responsible for the sales in North America, serving our customers in the metals, gypsum, and wood-based panel industries as well as sawmills.

Michael has 15 years of experience within these industries, combined with a deep knowledge regarding non-contact measurement technologies. He will be supporting LIMABs growth in North America and we are welcoming him to the global LIMAB team.

Lucia celebration at LIMAB

In Sweden, Santa Lucia is celebrated every year on December 13. This year LIMAB was visited by students from the school in Balltorp singing all the traditional Lucia songs.

Sales release of ProfiCura 50/50H – 2D laser sensor

Our range of 2D laser sensors, the ProfiCura product family, has now been extended through the release of a new sensor version, the ProfiCura 50.

The ProfiCura 50 is available for both hot and cold measurement applications. It has a field-of-view between 50 and 60 mm in the measurement range of 50 mm.

The ProfiCura 50 is mainly targeting high accuracy measurements of smaller object dimensions.

LIMAB moving to new facilities in October 2012

Due to a steady growth and in order to meet the future expansion, LIMAB will relocate to new facilities within the Göteborg area in October, 2012.

The building will be designed to meet our current and future needs regarding space and production flow. We are looking forward to invite our customers and partners to visit us. The new contact details will be distributed at a later stage.
